Refund & Return Policy – ShopStickCo

At ShopStickCo, all products are made to order. Due to the custom nature of many of our items, please review our policy carefully before placing your order.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL (CUSTOM PRODUCTS)

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any custom items, including but not limited to:

  • Custom Stickers

  • Custom Debit Card Skins

  • Custom Yard Signs

This includes any order where the customer provides:

  • Custom text

  • Uploaded images

  • Logos or designs

  • Specific layout instructions

Once a custom order is placed and production has begun, it cannot be canceled or modified.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

By submitting a custom order, you agree that:

  • You have the legal right to use any images, logos, or designs submitted

  • All spelling, grammar, and design details are correct at the time of order

  • ShopStickCo is not responsible for customer-provided errors

We print and produce exactly what is submitted unless otherwise discussed.

NON-CUSTOM (STANDARD PRODUCTS)

For non-custom items (pre-designed stickers, debit card skins, and yard signs):

  • Returns or replacements may be considered only if the item arrives damaged or defective

  • Requests must be made within 3 days of delivery

  • Photo proof of the issue is required

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 3 days of delivery

  2. Provide clear photos of:

    • The product

    • Packaging

  3. We will review and, if approved, offer:

    • A replacement or

    • Store credit (at our discretion)

ORDER ISSUES / ERRORS

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Customer spelling mistakes

  • Incorrect sizing selected

  • Design choices you later regret

  • Color variations due to screen differences

SHIPPING

  • ShopStickCo is not responsible for delays caused by carriers

  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout are the customer’s responsibility

Final Notes

Every item is made specifically for you. We stand behind our quality—but once production starts, there’s no turning back. Make sure everything is exactly how you want it before placing your order.​
